You can contact us about product information, order status, payment questions, shipping and delivery, damaged or defective products, returns, refunds, and order cancellation requests.
For faster assistance, please include your order number and provide a clear description of your question or issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a Leather Bag that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product. Photographs of the packaging may also be helpful when the issue is related to shipping damage.
Returns & Refunds
If you want to request a return, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order. Returns for defective and non-defective products may be accepted subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and reviewed.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can be submitted within 20 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation is not guaranteed if the order has already entered processing, been prepared for dispatch, or has already been dispatched.
Shipping Questions
virafil ships only within the Netherlands. Standard shipping costs are a flat €10 per order, with no additional standard shipping charges from virafil.
Orders generally require 1–2 business days for processing and 2–3 business days for transit, with an estimated total delivery time of 3–5 business days. Orders are shipped through PostNL.
