We accept eligible returns within 20 days of receiving an order, including returns for defective and non-defective products, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the wrong product was sent or a qualifying product arrived damaged or defective due to an issue for which virafil is responsible, we will cover the applicable return label cost after reviewing the issue.
Direct exchanges are not accepted. Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and reviewed.
